I completely agree. I feel human beings haven't completely adapted to getting the constant dopamine hits that social Media feeds offer. It's pretty common to find people doom scrolling when they have nothing better to do.

definitely. i've found that creating rather than just consuming on social media has helped me, maybe surprisingly. because then it's like, "oh, i'm part of this community people making things, not just some viewer for platforms to engagement farm"

Exactly! But in some ways when I attempt to leave social networks, for instance, Twitter, I ask myself how I'm going to share my content and stuff.

I'm in the process of reading Austin Kleon's show your work though, I got it from an article of yours.

I'm hoping it'll help.
